I can feel you two winding down this trip now that you are on the west coast. How nice that must feel; to look back on the thousands of miles you both biked together. What a story to tell your kids some day. And then there are the future grandkids who will hear how grandpa and grandma once biked across the country. Ride on.....Rickhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09716119572329000625noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7453396459741922728.post-63112936062390326062010-09-15T14:45:03.455-04:002010-09-15T14:45:03.455-04:00i really enjoyed this post. your description and ...i really enjoyed this post. your description and photos of the bike trail ride was especially fun to read. loved the 3-part stair climb photos. and that waterfall, the bridge in front of it and the pictures of the houseboats...made me feel like i was there! i'm so glad timmy was able to join you for that portion of the trip.sherry boashttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07310105811887347118noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7453396459741922728.post-63667762333432600452010-09-15T09:46:10.785-04:002010-09-15T09:46:10.785-04:00I am awed at your feat! The views you two/three have taken in, the memories you have made!
I know the feeling of finding blackberries, and even other edibles along the way. Kind of a nice "gift" given to one weary person. We found many edible berries on our back packing adventure in Glacier, this past August, as well, especially when that season was well over for us in Ohio.
I will hate to see this adventure end, both for you folks as well as for our reading.
